The BA program in theatre with a concentration in acting provides students with a rigorous academic and hands-on theatre education that emphasizes performance. Within the context of a comprehensive, liberal arts education, the program prepares students for both advanced graduate study in the field and entry-level careers in acting and performance. The bachelor's degree program in theatre with a concentration in acting provides an excellent broad-based foundation for work in the profession. It prepares students for advanced graduate study and independent career pursuits in performance. It offers students advanced study that can lead to careers in professional theatre, film, television, media, education and other related arts disciplines.
