Admissions

Thank you for your interest in the School of Film, Dance and Theatre. We are excited that you are here and are dedicated to preserving your passion for the performing arts. This is where your future in theatre, film or dance begins. But before you step into the spotlight, you must complete the admissions process which starts with a general application to Arizona State University. Once you have been accepted to ASU, you can then be considered for admission into the Herberger Institute.

Committed to your success, we are proud to offer an abundance of financial, educational and research-related resources for those seeking to advance their communities through the integration of art and design into everyday life.

Facilities Rental

Thank you for your interest in renting one of our spaces!

As an academic institution, our facilities are reserved for first for our own student events and performances.  A standard for-profit rental facility tries to fill its entire schedule with events and has a full crew and ready equipment to anticipate and handle almost any event. In our facilities we allow rentals around our own production and class schedules – with staffing, technical equipment and needs addressed on a per show/event basis.
